life lately

Well lately I've been away.  And yes it is not the first time this happens but let me tell you something and I know this is going to sound like an excuse but this time around it's completely different. Trust me.

First let me tell you that you are going to see over the next days what I've been up to. It is all VERY exciting and new to me and so I'm very grateful for all that I've learned and lived in these past few weeks.

It took years for me to get to where I am in life right now. and to finally be able to say in absolute truth and honesty that I am a 32 year old vegan/illustrator/writer/creative means a lot to me because for a long time I just didn't have the drive to make my dreams come true nor to live by my own rules and principles. I was either too lazy or too afraid but most likely I was both.

Anyway. Today I'm gonna share something completely different to what you've always seen on this little blog of mine. 

Yesterday my friend Whitney dolled me all up, put together the cutest look, grabbed her iphone and took beautiful pictures sometime during a chilli Mexico city afternoon. This was her experience as a photographer as it was mine trying to be all modely. We had a blast. and so I'm sharing some of the photos from yesterday so you know what's been going on. and also to end my week with a high note. We clearly have a long way to go and learn but that's the fun part, right?
